Outstanding questions
- The address given for "Astra-Werk I", where the prisoners were imprisoned in "a building with barred windows", in the USHMM Encyclopedia is Altchemnitzer Str. 41 in Chemnitz.
On https://www.gedenkstaette-flossenbuerg.de/en/history/satellite-camps/chemnitz this address is described as "the former main building of the Astra-Werke, while "Former Astra-Werk I" is shown as the large SPINNBAU building next to it.
However, history on the SPINNBAU building does not mention Astra-Werk at all, nor any involvement with the production of adding and accounting machines.
It would be good to get a clear and consistent picture. (more research needed)
