This camp was run by the SS-WVHA
- most of the prisoners worked for the Arbeitsgemeinschaft SS-Unterkunft or the Bauleitung der Waffen-SS und Polizei Nürnberg, with the remainder of the prisoners working for the SS-Nachrichten-Ersatz-Abteilung, a unit of the Waffen-SS responsible for intelligence training.[5]
